The newly rebooted restaurant L'épicerie du cirque just opened its doors. I was commissioned to illustrate a series of exotic botanical landscapes filled with playful humming birds. These dynamic illustrations were transferred onto the tiled walls of the kitchen and the bar area. This resulted in giving more depth and a hint of colour to the minimalist and stylised interior. On the main wooden wall in the dining area I created an intricate black root system as a reference to the their bar upstairs called Bar Palmier, as if the roots of the palms were coming through the ceiling. The interior was done by Not Before Ten.
